Returns and Cancelations
For physical products, you can ask for a return within a 2 week period from the date of your purchase. You are responsible for properly packaging the products for shipping and any return shipping fees.
For products purchased from Amazon.com, their return policy applies in place of this one.
For services, you may cancel or re-schedule your service 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance of your appointment or earlier will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 48 hours, there will not be a refund.
For online courses and online programs (except memberships and live and recorded online healing sessions and meditations), you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. After that time, there is no refund.
For live or recorded online healing sessions with downloadable elements, there is no refund.
For monthly and yearly memberships, you can cancel without a need for refund within the free trial period.
